Our logistics partners operate with a 98.99% success rate. For shipping issues, please contact the courier directly. Duties & Taxes: Fitrich covers all import duties and taxes.

Return Policy To request a return, please contact support@fitrichmalaysia.com within 7 days of receiving your item(s) with:
● Order number
● Reason for return
● Photo/video proof (if applicable)
Returns are accepted only for:
● Incorrect items
● Defective or damaged products
● Allergic reactions to specific approved products* Applies only to selected items. Certified medical documentation is required. Do not discard the product unless advised.
Return Terms:
● Item must be unused and in original packaging
● All return shipping costs are borne by the customer
● Refunds may take 14–20 business days after the item is received and inspected
● Refunds are made via original payment method or voucher, depending on your preference ● Points/vouchers used for the order will be adjusted accordingly
● Fitrich is not liable for lost parcels during return transit Returns are applicable only for items purchased from our official store.

International shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination. Estimated delivery is 7–21 working days, depending on your location.
7. What if I received a wrong or damaged item?

Absolutely. All Fitrich products are:
